Geetha Ramamurthy is Director, Software Development for Global Data Sciences (GDS) at PayPal - the industry leader in financial services. In her role, she leads engineering for several domains including Sales and Credit and works with her partners to leverage PayPal's data assets combined with data science to solve a wide variety of business problems. During her long stint at PayPal across India and the US, she has donned several hats including data analyst and product manager prior to her current role. Geetha holds a MBA in Finance from Creighton University, NE and a Master's degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Following her passion for Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, Geetha also co-leads PRIDE for PayPal India. PRIDE is PayPal's affinity group for the LGBTQ+ community.
